Beneficiary Services

Missouri and other states have enacted statutory protections for beneficiaries.  Often, the beneficiary is not aware of those protections.  At Fiduciary Advisors, we can help explain your rights as a beneficiary and work with the individual trustee or corporate trustee to be sure those rights are protected.

  • Beneficiary Right to Complete Accounting - Trustees are required under Missouri law to provide complete and accurate trust reports to a beneficiary. Sometimes, the reports are very difficult to understand. It takes someone with experience and professional training to sift through the accountings and reports to make sense of all of the transactions. With our thirty years of experience and the tools to analyze the reports, Fiduciary Advisors can present the reports in a way that you can understand.

  • Beneficiary Right to Complete Disclosure - As a beneficiary of a trust you are entitled to the highest degree of disclosure from the trustee. At Fiduciary Advisors, we can probe into such complicated areas as trustee and investment fees. We can also analyze investment performance, on an after fee basis, to help you understand what your net investment performance truly is.
